Our home, ready to welcome you!
ORIGINI HOLIDAYS is a project born from the idea of the Guerra family who in 2020 decided to renovate an old mountain house they owned to transform it into a welcoming and comfortable space, to make it available to guests who want to spend a happy holiday moment , in the name of relaxation, to escape from the ordinary life of the city reality. Located within the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park, the structure has maintained its natural essence, providing those who stay there with an immersive experience in the greenery and unique atmosphere that the landscapes of the Alps offer. Unlike other larger tourist structures and dispersive, Origini wants to convey to its visitors the sensation of “feeling at home“, thanks to the attention and detail of each environment, specifically designed to convey the feeling of welcome to those who stay!
The entire structure was designed with a view to sustainability and energy saving, using recycled wood for the furnishings and preparing a photovoltaic system with an air-water heat pump for winter and summer air conditioning, as well as solar thermal panels for the production of domestic hot water. We also provide a charging station for electric cars for all guests.

General informations
How to reach the property?
The closest airport is Venice, from which it is possible to reach Sedico by train (Belluno reference station), by bus or taxi. By car arriving from the A27 motorway, exit at Belluno and take the Agordina state road.
Can you park at the property?
We offer our customers a private car park equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
Will breakfast and meals be served?
With the overnight stay there is no breakfast or meal service.
Is smoking allowed in the property?
Inside the rooms and in all closed common spaces of the structure there is a ban on smoking cigarettes (including electronic ones). However, smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces around the structure, following the rules of common sense.
Can pets be brought?
At the moment our property does not accept pets. We do not rule out the possibility that in the future the spaces will be equipped to accommodate four-legged guests too.
How do you check in / check out?
Check-in in the rooms can be carried out from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival directly in the structure or “online”. In this way you will be provided with a code to be able to access the room in total autonomy.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day of departure, on site to pay for any extra services required during your stay.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online bookings it is possible to pay directly by credit card, or by bank transfer or balance in the structure by cash or POS.
